We are proud to announce that Muskan Garg, a first-year student of B.Com (I B) at Shri Cloth Market Kanya Vanijya Mahavidyalaya, has secured third place in the Red Run Marathon held today at the DAVV campus. Organized by the Red Ribbon Club, the event serves not only as a test of endurance but also as a platform for raising awareness about HIV/AIDS and promoting healthy, active lifestyles among youth.

Date & Venue: Red Run Marathon 2025 took place on 20 September at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV) campus.

Organizer: The event was conducted under the guidance of the Red Ribbon Club in collaboration with state AIDS control bodies. It aims to unite students, staff, and community members in a shared cause – running for both physical fitness and social awareness.

Purpose: Beyond the competitive aspect, the Red Run offers a chance to educate participants about HIV prevention, reduce stigma, and encourage peer-based outreach. Participants also engage in awareness-raising activities such as poster campaigns, street plays, and interactive sessions.
Muskan’s Achievement
Muskan’s performance was remarkable. She:

Was awarded Rs. 3,000 in prize money for her effort.

The Red Ribbon Club (RRC) is a college-based initiative supported by national and state bodies to foster HIV/AIDS awareness and peer education. Through various programs:
